Robert James Williams II, 49, of Fla., died Monday, July 4, 2011 at Hope Hospice House in Fort Myers, Fla.Born Sept. 4, 1961 in Fort Myers, Fla. He was the son of Robert J. Williams Sr. and the late Phyllis Carr Williams.He enjoyed spending many summers in Harrodsburg with his grandparents, the late Herbert and Martha Carr. He was an electrician by trade and enjoyed fishing and was an avid gemoloist. He was a member of the International Gemological Association and a member of the Chapel by the Sea Presbyterian Church in Fla.In addition to his father, he is survived by Lori Williams; a son, Benjamin Carr (Kendra) Williams of Fort Myers, Fla.; a sister, Robin Moulton of Calif.; a grandson, Hayden Robert Williams of Fla.; a great-aunt, Louise Isham Dean of Harrodsburg and many other family and friends.He was preceded in death by his mother, Phyllis Williams.A private family memorial will be held at a later date.Memorial donations are suggested to Hope Hospice of Fort Myers, 9470 Healthpark Circle, Fort Myers, FL 33908 or your local veterans organization, in lieu of flowers.(HH Thu Jul 21, 2011)
