House she lives in, another building, and a garden, to son in law John Harrison, husband of daughter Martha during their lives. On their death, house to grandson Frederick Harrison (if Frederick dies first, then to be shared amongst any other surviving children of John & Martha)

Also on their death, building sold to pay two pounds to grandson Reuben Harrison (who also gets the garden), then balance divided into 7 shares for : granddaughter Diana Leech, wife of Robert Leech; granddaughter Matilda Chapman, wife of James Chapman; granddaughter Eliza Harrison; granddaughter Amy Harrison; granddaughter Lois Harrison; granddaughter Priscilla Harrison, and the final seventh shared between grandsons Alexander Harrsion and Ezra Harrison.
